A reasonable doubt has been raised as to the identity of one the persons in the above photo. The two individuals were first identified as Ken & Luke Mugford, however the person identified as Ken Mugford may indeed be William Welmar Elliott. We are endeavouring to get a positive identification as to this individual and will update the information accordingly.
